User List

This page explains how to add users to an organization in Cloud Automator.

  1. Click "Users" in the side menu.

  2. Click the "Deactivated Users" tab to view users who are in a deactivated state.

Exporting the User List

You can export the list of users within your organization in CSV format.

  1. Click the "Export" button on the User List screen.
  2. A CSV file will be downloaded.

 

Exported Contents

The CSV file includes the following information.

Field Description
Account Status Active/Suspended
User Type Owner/Admin/Member
Full Name The user's full name
Email The user's email address
Department The user's department
Two-Factor Authentication Enabled/Disabled
API Access Enabled/Disabled
Last Access The user's last login date and time
Created at The date and time the user account was created
Associated Group List A list of groups the user belongs to
