Our support desk provides assistance regarding AWS technical specifications and issues encountered while using AWS. However, please be advised that we are unable to perform operations on your behalf for tasks that can be executed by the customer. We appreciate your understanding regarding the scope of our technical support.
Examples of supported requests:
"Regarding the notification [XX] from AWS, please provide the methods or procedures for identifying and addressing the affected resources."
Examples of unsupported requests:
"Regarding the notification [XX] from AWS, please identify, list all affected resources, and execute the necessary remediation on our behalf."
Notes:
We can perform operations on your behalf only if they are restricted and cannot be executed by the customer due to system specifications or administrative restrictions.
If you require assistance with operations that can be performed by the customer, please consult our sales representative.
