Getting Started with the Support Center (Zendesk) (1)

Introduction

Thank you very much for using our AWS Managed Services and AWS Billing Agency Services.

Our Support Services are provided through a ticket management system called the Support Center (Zendesk). This page is intended for customers using the Support Center for the first time.

Before Use

Pre-registration Required

To use Zendesk, you must be registered in advance. After your service has started, please add your contact information via the Meisters Portal or contact the Support Center with the details of the person who wishes to be registered.

Changing Authorized Contacts

Please submit requests to change authorized contacts using the method described later. Just like the initial setup, we will notify you once the registration is completed.

 

Getting Started

First-time Login

Your password is not set at the time of initial registration. You will need to set your own password. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Access https://service.serverworks.co.jp/ in your browser.
  2. Click [パスワードをお忘れですか?] (Forgot my password?).

  3. Enter your registered email address and click [続ける] (Continue).

  4. You will receive an email from support@ngmsp.serverworks.jp.
  5. Click the URL in the email and set your password.
  6. Log in using your new password.

※ Important Note

If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk filters and ensure that your system is configured to receive emails from the address above.

※ Password Policy

  • At least 6 characters long.
  • Must include at least 3 of the following 4 character types:
    • Lowercase letters (a-z)
    • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special characters (! @ # $ % ^ & *)
  • Must not contain the part of your email address preceding the "@" symbol.

Q: How do I add a user?

Q: I am no longer sure which users are registered.

A: 

Please have a person who may already be registered as an authorized contact submit a confirmation request to the Support Center (Zendesk).

If the requester is not currently registered, we will need to verify the request with an existing authorized contact. This process takes longer than usual. Furthermore, if the registered user has left the company or the mailing list address is no longer valid, complex procedures may be required to verify your identity. To avoid these complications, please ensure that you submit a contact change request to the Support Center (Zendesk) before any organizational changes or personnel turnovers occur.

Q: I am having trouble logging in or haven't received the password reset email.

A:
