Resources to be Deleted or Disabled

The Light plan has limits on the number of resources you can create. If you exceed the Light plan limits at the time of plan change, the excess resources listed below will be automatically deleted or disabled.

Action Cloud Automator Resource Type Light Plan Limit
Delete (1) Groups and resources linked to groups Number of groups: maximum 1
(2) Job Workflows Number of Job Workflows: maximum 3
Disable (3) Users Number of users: maximum 3
Important: Deleted groups, AWS accounts, Jobs, and Job Workflows cannot be restored. Disabled users can be re-enabled if within the limit.

(1) Groups and resources linked to groups

In the Light plan, you can create maximum 1 group. If multiple groups exist at the time of plan change, groups will be deleted in order from the oldest last updated date, leaving only one group.

Resources linked to deleted groups will also be deleted. The main resources linked to groups are as follows:

  • Registered provider account information
  • Jobs
  • Job Logs
  • Job Workflows
  • Job Workflow Logs
  • EBS Backup Check, etc.

(2) Job Workflows

In the Light plan, you can create maximum 3 Job Workflows. If there are 4 or more Job Workflows at the time of plan change, Job Workflows will be deleted in order from the oldest creation date, leaving only 3.

(3) Users

The Light plan also has a limit on the number of users you can create.

  • In the Light plan, you can create maximum 3 users (including the "Owner account"). If there are 4 or more users at the time of plan change, users other than the "Owner account" will be automatically disabled in order from the oldest last login date (including users with no login history) until the total number of users is maximum 3.
  • Disabled users will not be able to log in.

Note:
To re-enable a disabled user account, the number of enabled users must be within the Light plan limit (maximum 3 users). Please disable or delete other users to secure a slot, then manually re-enable the user. Deleted resources cannot be restored.
